We deliver real Christmas trees to most Melbourne suburbs - please refer to our 2023 Delivery Locations.

What if I need to change my order or delivery day?
Please get in touch with our team the day before your delivery date. We'll then postpone the morning harvest and reschedule your delivery date to the next available delivery in your area.
Am I required to be home to wait for the delivery?
You don't have to be home for the delivery. Simply advise us of any specific instructions to place your tree in the shaded, yet secure location to place your tree.
Often, our customers will choose the front veranda, garage or the concierge (if you live in apartment buildings).
Even with the installation, we can install the tree outside for you. Our team will assemble the tree and fill up the tank with water for you. When you get back, simply tip the water out to bring the tree inside. Don't forget to tighten the bolts and refill the tank once you've settled its place inside your home.
How do i make my tree last longer?
With some simple scientific steps, you can improve the life of your tree to last till the big day. 3 steps to remember:
. CUT your tree stump fresh (just before setting up your tree)
. KEEP your tree submerged in water & Water daily
. AVOID placing your tree direct to any heat sources and/or directly under the AC

Do i need a stand for my Christmas Tree?
It's best to install your tree into the stand with a built in water reservoir. It's crucial to have your tree submerged in a full tank of water throughout the season. We'd recommend choosing Cinco stands!
Besides having a large water reservoir to keep the tree fresh all the time, Cinco stands are also recommended to adapt to the degree of how your tree trunk is curved. Sometimes the tree trunk is a bit curvy and still a full good looking tree, Cinco stands can tailor precisely to each shape and make it straight during the installation.
Will you collect my tree after Christmas?
Our collection schedule starts on the 2nd week of January (8th Jan 2024). Our team will confirm the collection schedule with you via email on the 18th December.
The process is simple - we'd ask you to leave the your Christmas tree on the nature strips on the night before your scheduled collection date, we will then take care of the rest.

I'm not happy with the look of my tree, can i replace it?
Upon removing the netting, we'd recommend allowing 4-6 hours for the branches of the trees to settle after delivery, as they are stacked on each other in the van. To accelerate the process, it would be beneficial to water the plant and remove any sap accumulated at the base.
