How long does the installation take?
We aim to make the tree setup process smooth and hassle-free for you, taking only about 10-15 minutes. You don't need to worry about securing the tree in the stand; we'll handle that.
As a little bonus, we'll also clean up any fallen needles before we leave your home. Let us take care of the details, making it a stress-free and enjoyable experience for you!
Do I Need to Be Home for Delivery?
No need to be home!
Simply advise us of any specific instructions to place your tree in the shaded, yet secure location to place your tree. Often, our customers will choose the front veranda, garage or the concierge (if you live in apartment buildings). If you opt for installation, we can set up the tree outside for you. Our team will assemble the tree and fill the water tank. When you return, simply tip out the water to bring the tree inside. Don’t forget to tighten the bolts and refill the tank once you’ve settled it in your home!
I'd like your driver to install on my own stand?
Absolutely, we'll do our best to make it work! Our trees are known to be a perfect fit for Cinco stands. Cinco stands are incredibly versatile and can accommodate trees with trunks up to 6 inches in diameter. With four strong galvanized pins in the center of the base, your tree will be securely centered and locked in place, ensuring it stands upright even with a slightly crooked trunk.
If you don't have a Cinco stand or if our tree doesn't fit your existing stand, no worries! Our driver will have a spare Cinco stand available in the van for on-site purchase. We've got you covered! 😊
My stand doesn't fit?
No worries, our driver has got you covered with spare Cinco stands! You can conveniently pay him in cash or transfer the amount to his account. Here are the prices for each stand:

Will you collect my tree after Christmas?
We can certainly can. Please book your collection via our website.
Our collection schedule starts on the first weekend in January (Saturday 4th and Sunday 5th January 2025). If you are heading away and wish to have your tree collected before Christmas and/or after our collection schedule, please get in touch with our team via email to have yours rescheduled.
