2. KEEP it submerged in water and water it daily.
3. AVOID placing it near heat sources or directly under AC.

Do I Need a Stand for My Christmas Tree?
Yes, it’s best to use a stand with a built-in water reservoir to keep your tree hydrated all season long. We highly recommend Cinco stands! Do I Need to Be Home for Delivery?
No need to be home!
Simply advise us of any specific instructions to place your tree in the shaded, yet secure location to place your tree. Often, our customers will choose the front veranda, garage or the concierge (if you live in apartment buildings). If you opt for installation, we can set up the tree outside for you. Our team will assemble the tree and fill the water tank. When you return, simply tip out the water to bring the tree inside. Don’t forget to tighten the bolts and refill the tank once you’ve settled it in your home!

What if I need to change my order or delivery day?
Please get in touch with our team before your delivery date. We'll then postpone the morning harvest, then make changes to your order and/or reschedule your delivery date to the next available delivery in your area.
Can I Replace My Tree If I'm Not Satisfied with Its Appearance?
Once you remove the netting, allow 4-6 hours for the branches to settle, as they may be compressed from transport. To speed this up, water the tree and remove any sap at the base. If the tree doesn’t meet your expectations after this, please email our team, and we’ll arrange an alternative option for you.
