Real Christmas Tree Collection Assistance
We begin collecting from Saturday 4th and will run through Saturday 11th in January 2025. Please remove all stands, tinsel, lights and ornaments before putting trees out for collection on your nature strip and/or bin bay. We will have your tree(s) collected then they will be chipped, mixed with leaves, and recycles into compost for our next year crops

When does the collection schedule start?
Our tree collection service runs from Monday, 6th January through Friday, 10th January 2025.
What is the collection process?
The process is simple - we'd ask you to leave the your Christmas tree on the nature strip on the night before your scheduled collection date, we will then take care of the rest.
*If you are heading away and wish to have your tree collected before Christmas and/or after our collection schedule, please get in touch with our team via email to have yours rescheduled
Am I required to be home for the collection?
No, please leave your Christmas tree on the nature strips or the rubbish bin bay on the night before your scheduled collection date. Once you've done that, consider it done – we'll take care of the rest!
Now, if you've booked for the collection inside your home, just make sure to arrange for someone to be there to let our driver in. No need to stress! Our driver will give you a call an hour before arriving, so you'll have plenty of time to get ready.
