Can I Replace My Tree If I'm Not Satisfied with Its Appearance?
Once you’ve removed the netting, give your tree 4–6 hours to relax and let the branches fall naturally — they may be slightly compressed from transport.
To help it open up faster, water the tree and wipe away any sap at the base.
If, after it settles, your tree still isn’t what you expected, email our team — we’ll happily arrange an alternative option for you. 🎄
